Are your products gluten, dairy and nut free?
All of our ingredients are naturally gluten, dairy and nut-free.
Our products are prepared in an allergen-free facility.
Do you have any stockists in my state?

Are your products suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
All of our ingredients in Not Coffee (carob, chicory, chickpea) are all plant based that contain no caffeine or stimulants. We have had customers enjoy it both during pregnancy and breastfeeding as well.
Make sure you don’t have any allergies to the specific ingredients in Not Coffee and also get advice from your health practitioner.
Are your flavours natural? What are your flavours made from?
Our flavours are all natural and made from gum acacia and maltodextrin (corn). We only use a small amount which gives a very mild flavouring.
Are your products Halal-friendly?
Yes, all of our products and ingredients are halal friendly.
Is your company Australian made and owned?
Yes our company is completely Australian owned and all of our products are made (roasted, blended, packaged and sealed) in Australia in our commercial facilities in Melbourne, Victoria.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, our products are vegan. Except for our Not Coffee Instant Marine Collagen which contains Marine Collagen derived from fish.
Why can’t I just drink decaf?
Decaf is NOT caffeine-free, it still contains caffeine and that amount is largely unregulated, so you don’t really know how much caffeine is in your cup of decaf. It is decaffeinated, not no-caffeination. So, if you're trying to quit caffeine for health reasons, decaf won't necessarily work. Furthermore, like regular coffee, decaf can contribute to acidity in the body, potentially leading to various health issues.
What are the ingredients in your products?
Our ground version (Not Coffee Original) is made from roasted chicory, organic carob and chickpea and our instant version (Not Coffee Now) is made of roasted chicory and organic carob.
